The fireplace is a heating appliance - so it can be left on during your entire stay during the winter using the remote as a thermostat.

We built a custom map below for the complex and nearby
We are using physical keys to the unit at this time. There is one in the Unit and one in the lock-box outside. (code send morning of check-in )
The pool and main hot tub are next to the lobby
Secondary hot tub is in center of complex just west of unit.
Grills are on floor 1 patio of both Building B (our building) and A and near 2nd hot tub
Bike racks are in first parking stall to left of lobby
Work out facility is in Off snow building (C) you will need the room key to unit 223 to open the door
Skis and boards can be stored slope-side on valet racks just up the stairs from the lobby
Ski and board boots should be stored slope-side in the boot room just up the stars from the lobby

1. No unregistered guests.
2. No pets.
3. No parties or events.
4. No smoking in condo or on balcony.
5. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
6. No rearranging furniture
7. No ski equipment (boots/boards/skis) in the condo. Boots go to boot heater room, skis to ski valet.
8. Turn off all lights, TVs and fireplace when away from the condo.
9. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
10. Guest agrees to pay for all damages
11. Kitchen table is real marble and easily stained. Use coasters and place mats on all tables and wipe up spills immediately. No harsh chemicals on furniture or surfaces.
12. Report all damages to owner.
13. Remove shoes when inside home.
14. Additional cleaning will incur an incremental charge.
15. Respect your neighbors. No loud noises after 10pm.
16. Empty trash and recycling.
17. Wash and replace all dishes. No rearranging kitchen items.
18. Return pool towels to pool area receptacle
19. Put all games and cards back in game cabinet.
20. Fill out Check-in form upon arrival and Check-out form just before departure
The machine is both a Keurig and brew machine with a permanent filter on the brew side
You can use either ground coffee or pods with the coffee maker
