The fireplace is a heating appliance - so it can be left on during your entire stay during the winter using the remote as a thermostat.

If you would want windows open it is best to pull down the top window vs pull up the bottom.

Keys are rfid and extras are available from the front desk
The pool and outdoor hot tubs are between the two buildings
Indoor Hot Tubs are in the same building as the unit on the first floor to the right as you exit the elevators
Garbage goes to the bins on the first floor to the right of the elevator and then right down hall by the vending machines and just outside the door
Grills are next to the pool
Work out facility is in other building right next to the pool
Skis and boards can be stored in the ski locker outside the unit no need to lock
Wifi is TorianPlum Password is available from front desk
The two king bedroom tvs are Youtube TV
Family room TV is the dish remote
1. No unregistered guests may stay or use the amenities.
2. No pets.
3. No parties or events.
4. No smoking in condo or on balcony.
5. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
6. No rearranging furniture or changing locks.
7. No ski equipment (boards/skis) in the condo, please use ski locker
8. Turn off all lights, TVs and fireplace when away from the condo.
9. Key should be returned at end of the stay
10. Guest agrees to pay for damages in excess of deposit.
11. Use all tables and wipe up spills immediately. No harsh chemicals on furniture or surfaces.
12. Report all damages to owner.
13. Remove shoes when inside home.
14. Additional cleaning will incur an incremental charge.
15. Respect your neighbors. No loud noises after 10pm.
16. Empty trash and recycling location in notes above
17. Wash and replace all dishes. No rearranging kitchen items.
18. Return pool towels to pool area receptacle or hot tub area on floor 1
19. Put all games and cards back in game cabinet.
20. Fill out Check-in for upon arrival and Checkout form just before leaving
